As its lead article for February, the MAGAZINE presents Atomic Energy Control by Chester I. Barnard, president of the New Jersey Bell Telephone Company, and a member of the Secretary of State's Committee on Atomic Energy. His discussion of proposals for the international control of atomic energy, starting on Page 13, is another in the series of "Great Issues" lectures which the MAGAZINE is privileged to bring to its readers this year.
