Al Howland is busy making plans in Hanover for our Big Fifth Reunion to be held on the weekend of June 18-20. Make your plans to attend now! Very soon, if not already, you should be receiving reservation cards for dormitory rooms on that weekend. May I urge you to return them to the Bursar's Office as soon as possible, not only from the standpoint of your own convenience in securing a room, but also to aid in making smooth plans for the events of the entire weekend.

From Chicago, comes a welcome letter from Bud Welch this month. He writes:

"I have been working in Chicago as an accounting machine salesman for the National Cash Register Co. for the past six months and enjoy the work very much. Chicago offers quite a bit of activity and have seen several former Big Green luminaries around the town. Jim Torian '45 and Dick Seybold '45 live here at the "Y", and Glenn Green '43 and Bill Jacoby '44 have an apartment a couple of blocks from here. Have played squash occasionally with Cliff Roberts '41 and also see R. D. Brown '43 from time to time. At present am scouting for an apartment as I will be leaving the ranks of bachelordom the first of May. The spouse-to-be is Miss Helyn Astertag, formerly of Atchison, Kansas, but recently of the Windy City. Really looking forward to the event."

Congratulations, Bud.
