THE LOCAL DARTMOUTH GROUP WAS BROUGHT TO LIFE once more to come out and hear a short talk by Don Cameron on just what is happening in Hanover these days. Interest seemed to be sufficient to have kept Don with us not only for hours, but for days, and he did himself proud. The setting was the Pendennis Club and the date was February 26.
Out of a total alumni representation in this area of around 25, we were able to pull in 18 members for dinner, which I imagine set some sort of percentage record. Even though the list was too long to mention all present, some new faces in the group deserve special mention. Among these were Walter Butler '01, Robert Bard '19, Wm. McK. Smith '20, and, in addition to the local group, we were able to entertain Arthur Hadden '09 on a visit to Louisville from Chicago.
"Any other Dartmouth folk who happen to get to town are most welcome to give any of the local residents a ring. We are apt to find some classmates available for some sort of meeting without your having to give a speech or anything.
