Worcester

At its annual dinner meeting at Nichewaug Inn, Petersham, Mass., May 11, the Dartmouth Club of Worcester elected the following officers:

Francis X. Reilly Jr. '38, president, succeeding Frank L. Harrington '24; C. Lane Goss '25, first vice president; Joseph G. Byram '32, second vice president; Samuel H. Snow '40, secretary; Harry C. Midgley Jr. '40, treasurer; and Roger A. Horton '20, Meryll M. Frost '44, Herbert C. Wik '47, Donald G. Mix '21 and Donald P. Cole '19, executive committee. Sidney C. Crawford '15 headed the nominating committee.

Tribute was paid to Mr. Mix who has directed the club's activities as secretary for the past 25 years. Bill Cunningham '19 was the principal speaker.

Ten high school students from Worcester County who have been accepted for admission to Dartmouth in the Class of 1953, and the fathers of several of the young men were honor guests.
