Lakes Region

Plans are in progress for a concert by the Dartmouth Glee Club to be given in the Laconia High School on February 10. SteveJewett is Chairman for the affair with the assistance of other club members. Alumni in the Lakes Region are urged to bring a car full of friends as the proceeds will go to the scholarship fund of the club. All details will be sent to the members prior to the concert.

This issue goes to press too early to report the details on the midwinter meeting of the club January 12 in Gilford but a turnout of at least 30 members is anticipated.

The interviewing committee for applicants for the class of 1954 has had an exceptionally good group of boys to meet with this year. The committee composed of Theo Jewett, Chairman, John O'Shea, Edgar Prescott and Ray Welbourn. It is felt that the Lakes Region may have several representatives accepted this year.
