Since our last report, the Dartmouth Club of the Lakes Region has had two fine meetings. In June a fine dinner was held at the Arlberg Inn which was attended by many of the wives and children. Speaking to the group on that occasion was Don Cameron '35 of the Placement Bureau, and we were also privileged to see the new Dartmouth Out-of-Doors movie. Guests included the three members of the Class of 1954 who had just been admitted to the college.

Our most recent meeting was on the occasion of Dartmouth Night with 24 alumni present to hear Arthur Kiendl '44, assistant to Dean Neidlinger, talk on current problems facing the College. A special treat was the showing of films taken just six days earlier at the Pennsylvania-Dartmouth football game.

Among those present were Robie Evans '06, Arthur O'Shea 'OB, Arthur Rollins '10, Edgar Prescott '10, Lew Perley '12, Theo Jewett '13, Chet McClintock '24, Clarence Brazil '26, Art Nighswander '29, Ed Brazil '30, Jay Perkins '37, Dick Varey '39, Andy Ruoff '39, George Dame '34, John O'Shea '40, Bill Halsey '40, Ike Week '40, Steve Jewett '40, Ray Welbourn '41, Bob Pitman '42, Bob Shallow '47, Dick Milnes '46N, and Per Ranhof '50.

The same slate of officers was re-elected for another year's term at the June meeting. Art Nighswander '29 will again be president. Present plans call for a midwinter meeting which will probably be held in February with President Dickey as the speaker. A Glee Club concert is also planned for late spring.
