The Plains

It has been decided to have our alumni luncheons every second Friday of each month instead of every Friday. This change is expected to produce a greater attendance at these get-togethers. The meeting place, the Omaha Club, has not been changed.

Hodge Jones '4O, president of the Dartmouth Alumni Association of the Plains, is now recovering from an operation of December 7. It was with great regret that he could not preside at the December 12 luncheon honoring Eddie Chamberlain '36, who spoke about football at Dartmouth and showed us the much-awaited film of the Dartmouth-Cornell game.

The attendance at this luncheon meeting was most gratifying and everyone had an enjoyable time. More of such visits by Dartmouth's athletic directors will be welcomed.
