On February 6, the St. Louis Dartmouth Club met at Pat Broh's ('41) home. The main order of business was discussion of the coming Glee Club Concert scheduled for April 6. Due to weather conditions and also, probably, because we had a large assembly out for the dinner meeting just two weeks previously, the turnout was small. Those present, however, enjoyed Pat's hospitality and a chance to hear a few ex-Servicemen discuss general officers they had known in what we will freely call picturesque terms. In attendance: Joe Logan '42, Bill Stimson '36, Russ Fette '39, John Jenkins '43, Pat Broh '41, Carl Holekamp '42, Bill Rench '34, Marty Kerwin '33, C. L. Martin '41, Bob Turner '33, and Jack Merrill '30, presiding.

Captain Earl Foe Jr. '42 is reported at Madigan Army Hospital, Tacoma, Wash., where he cares for the oral problems of some 1,000 men.

John Dunlap '50, a newcomer to St. Louis, labors in the Underwriting Department of the American Associated Auto Cos. We welcome John and hope that he will become active in the Club. George Zeiss '37 moved to St. Louis and away before we really had a chance to become acquainted. George is in the U.S. Army and we cannot at this writing give his new address.

Ray Wolfe's ('43) John Burroughs basketball team continues one of the best in Missouri, and is presently battling through the tournaments toward the State Class B title. St. Louis friends are wondering about ex-member DonOtis '37. As a Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel, Don could be anywhere on the globe. Another ex-member of our St. Louis Club is stirring things up down Memphis way. We hear that Len Sommer '47 is working on getting a Memphis Club going.

The St. Louis Club is neck deep in plans for the Glee Club Concert, April 6, and a large committee headed by Russ Fette '39 meets frequently to cope with the program. Other active members of Russ's committee include: Ernie Curtis '36, Carl Holekamp '42, Marty Kerwin '33, Howie Mullin '27, Pete Grace '33, Boyd Rogers '35, Harry Deckert '35, Ernie Grinnell '42, Ted Thompson '32, Bill Rench '34, Frank Cornwell '35, Charley Edison '43, John Naylor '41, Jack Merrill '30, Jim Jones '38, and Ben Gutman '37. Jim Jones keeps minutes on the meetings and is generally responsible for keeping the efforts of the committee cohesive.
