The annual Christmas meeting of the Dartmouth Club of Central Connecticut was held December 30, at the Shuttle Meadow Club in New Britain.

President John S. Black Jr. '33 welcomed a record turnout of 55 alumni, undergraduates and their dads to this meeting of the Dartmouth family living in the Central Connecticut towns.

The invocation was given by Rev. DonaldB. Fitzsimmons '46, Associate Minister of the First Church of Christ in New Britain.

The main speaker of the evening was Tuss McLaughry, whose stimulating and interesting talk left the group with the feeling that Dartmouth's football fortunes are in good hands and that the football picture is looking up.

Tuss brought with him the 45-minute movies of the Columbia game and with his running comments made a fitting climax to the evening.
