Central Connecticut

The annual Christmas meeting of the Dartmouth Club of Central Connecticut was held at the Shuttle Meadow Club in New Britain on December 29.

A varied program was presented to the fifty members present which was highlighted by the visit of John F. Meek '33, Vice President and Treasurer of the College, who discussed the College investment policy and described Dartmouth's various property holdings.

Also on the program was a report of present-day undergraduate life given by Lewis Milkey '54 of New Britain, and a report from John C. Pritchard '43, also of New Britain, who discussed the activities of Club's enrollment committee which he and Jay Bruemrner '46 are organizing.

The group also heard a report from the chairman of the nominating committee, StephenH. Cross '24, who presented the following slate of officers: President - John S. BlackJr. '33; Vice President—Richard W. Hube '36; Secretary and Treasurer - James J. Mulligan '42.
