During the last week in April Fred andJeanne Lord left their winter home in Dunedin, Fla., for lowa to attend the golden wedding of Jeanne's sister. They plan to return to Hanover about July 15. There is a bare possibility that they may be back in Hanover in time to attend our reunion.

It is a pleasure to report that from the information received the operations for cataracts which Jack Spring had early in the year were very successful. His daughter Elizabeth has informed me that with the use of his old glasses lack is able to read very well.

There was an error in the May issue of the MAGAZINE when it was stated that Pete Adams would fly to England on June 11. The correct date of his departure was May 12.

These notes will be appearing about the time that we are assembled in Hanover for our 55-year reunion and so nothing more need be said about that event.

Last call for the contribution to the Alumni Fund. If you have been putting it off you have just enough time in which to make it to have it count for this year.
