Mohawk Valley

At our last regular meeting on January 5, a slate of officers was presented to the Mohawk Valley Club and the men presented for new Club offices were unanimously elected: President —Joseph Kyser '32; Vice President—Gilbert Jones '45; Secretary—Donald Staubes '52; and Treasurer—Russell Hurd '36.

Monthly luncheons held at the Fort Schuyler Club in Utica on the first Tuesday of every month have been very successful to date. Attendance has run from twelve to fifteen men for every meeting. Plans are being made to increase Dartmouth prospects from this area, and in conjunction with these plans, the Club voted at our last meeting to provide the DARTMOUTH ALUMNI MAGAZINE to libraries of seven area high schools.

We were fortunate in having Tuss McLaughry as a speaker for our December luncheon meeting. Several area coaches and high school boys interested in Dartmouth attended, and they, along with the members of the Dartmouth Club of the Mohawk Valley, enjoyed a rare treat.
