The Dartmouth Club of the Mohawk Valley celebrated Dartmouth Night at a dinner meeting in the Fort Schuyler Club in Utica. Thirteen members were in attendance.
Bill Colli '45 presided and with respect to tradition called on Utica's oldest living alumni, Charlie Deangelis 'OB and Pop Chesley '08 for a few words of wisdom and inspiration. We were happy to welcome back, as our main speaker, Bill Morton '28 of Syracuse. Bill gave us a very fine informal talk on the problems of admission to Dartmouth and suggested ways in which the Mohawk Valley Club could build up admissions from our area. After his talk Bill left himself wide open by subjecting himself to questions. The longest meeting in this Club's history resulted from the barrage of questions that were thrown at him and Bill did a great job holding his own and pointing out the problems of the College in respect to admissions. Our thanks to Bill Morton for making it one hell of a good Dartmouth Night in the Mohawk Valley.
