Central Pennsylvania

On August 28, the Dartmouth Club of Central Pennsylvania held its annual picnic. Ninety-six members and guests of Dartmouth families gathered at Frank Davenport's '38 Westover Farms in Perry County, Pa.

Everyone from Conrad Wilbur '13, a member of the oldest class represented, to the youngest prospective Dartmouth man, thoroughly en joyed the event. The swimming pool and badminton occupied the more energetic of the group while cold beer and soft drinks flowed continuously. Plenty of fine food to satisfy keen appetites climaxed the afternoon. An open fire in the evening warmed the hearts of those who lingered and marked the end of a delightful day.
