On March 21, an assemblage of some alumni and guests honored President Dickey at our Annual Dinner held at the Rochester Club. Bob Williamson '34, outgoing president, chairman of the enrollment committee, and general factotum, was presented with a gift in recognition of his wholehearted and complete dedication to the work of the Club. Griff Strassenburgh '45 was elected to succeed him as president for the coming year. BruceJones and Ed Leene, both of the Class of 45' were elected to the offices of vice president and treasurer respectively, and your correspondent was reelected as secretary.
The report of the committee indicated a very successful year in enrollment work, increased attendance in club activities, a substantial increase in the Rochester Regional Scholarship Fund and well-laid plans for the Glee Club Concert under the chairmanship of Bob Strassenburgh '42 and Dick Mayberry '44. This latter event naturally will be a boon to the Club in view of the fact that a good part of the membership begins to act as a committee of one to make it bigger and better than past concerts, and due to the further fact that the entire net proceeds will be made payable to our Regional Scholarship Fund.
Later we shall report the results of this great combined endeavor, the assured success of the enrollment program and the new administration's plans for the coming year.
