On April 8, Dr. A.S. Wheelock completed 25 years as minister of The Church in the Highlands, White Plains, N.Y. On that afternoon this anniversary was celebrated by a reception held in the Social Hall, and among the momentos of the occasion were many letters from parishoners and other friends. The Class, through its secretary, sent congratulations.

Ray Trott breaks into the news again as president of the New England Council. He spoke before the Bridgeport (Conn.) Chamber of Commerce and by the time you have read this, he has probably spoken before many others, as it was planned that he should address one or more meetings all through New England. The John Warrens and the DuckyDrakes did their best to maintain the traditions of the Sno-Bird Reunion, by stopping at the Inn around the 22nd -of February. Undoubtedly there were others doing likewise, but they have kept it a secret to date.

Met Bert Symonds on the way to work the other morning. He spent time in Florida conferring with the Harold Browns at Vero Beach, but did not throw any light on the rumor mentioned last month, that Brownie was going to stay in the sunny southland. Bert, like so many others, got back to New England in time to shovel more snow than has been seen all winter. Jim Gregg, Abe Newmark, and A born attended the Boston Kickoff Dinner of the Alumni Fund. If you could have heard the excellent presentations outlining the purposes of the Fund, you would double or treble your share without batting an eye. It is not too late to do so right now, so give the College, and Class Agent Jim, cause foxrejoicing.

The proposed new dormitory about which you read in the MAGAZINE, and which is planned for the old Clark School Athletic Field, has started a discussion which may outdo the "Grandpappy Derby" in interest. By the way, we haven't had any claims for that championship lately.

Candid Comment: Two things are lowered by college stickers on a car window; vision and trade-in value.
