Many thanks to all who have sent in completed questionnaires at request of Pres. Buck. It is wonderful to get up-to-date news and renew acquaintance with many whose paths seldom are directed this way. To those who have not returned the sheet, please do so, and don't hesitate to use the reverse side for listing activities such as clubs, offices , held (elective or otherwise), and any other matters of interest. Doug MacCartee writes that he has been laid up with a back injury, but is now able to drive his car so can get around reasonably well.... Hadley Cole is confined to the hospital in Rutland, Mass Loring Nichols, chairman of the executive committee, reports that Ducky Drake, Rufe Sisson, Sig Larmon,Nary Narramore and Elmer Robinson were at the Colgate game. The grapevine has it that Jim Gregg and John Warren were at the Navy game.

Mart Remsen probably was at those games also and came down for the Harvard game at Cambridge. Aborn, Harold Brown, Gregg and Saltmarsh attended the dinner at the Univer- sity Club in Boston, the Friday night before the Harvard game.

Just received a copy of the Faculty and StaffNews, University of Wyoming, which states that Hugh A. MacKinnon received a Master of Arts degree in music from the University of California on June 17. Answering an inquiry whether he would have any objections to a mention of his ailments in the Class Notes, Lay Little replies; "Not at all; much better than an obituary! I don't recommend an operation for a ruptured disc as a good way to spend the summer." You all will be happy to hear that Lay is out of the hospital.

Jess Hawley has retired as a school teacher, but according to literature sent in, is very active in the Summit, N. J., Nature Club and the Trailside Museum. The latter is sponsored by the Union County (N. J.) Park Commission and a committee of representatives of nature clubs in the area. Jess is chairman of this committee. Any other bird watchers in our crowd?

Fred Fraser preached the 50th anniversary sermon at a church (location withheld) which his father was instrumental in rebuilding after destruction by fire. While in the north country (location also classified) he took some time to go duck shooting. Says he hasn't had such shooting since high school days - a few years back! Elmer Robinson reports his son Jim '51 has joined up with Pollard, Opticians, on Newbury Street in Boaton. This is the firm where Elmer has been "holding court" for some years.

There's lots of interesting data in the questionnaires and you'll be getting more of it from time to time, but space is being reserved this month for the Alumni Fund Report, so that takes priority. Mention should be made, however, of the prize for brevity which goes to Charlie Faxon - one line! No hits - no runs - no errors!

Change of address - Frank A. Llewellyn now at Box 161, Naperville, Ill.

Just received a change of address for Sigand Kay Larmon. New location is Sutton Place, South, New York 22, N. Y.
