Michigan's loss was New Jersey's gain last July, when Bob Reinhardt became Assistant Treasurer of the General Motors Acceptance Corp. with offices at 1775 Broadway in New York City. Prior to this Bob had been assistant to the Treasurer of General Motors in Detroit and lived in Birmingham, Mich. I said "New Jersey's gain" because Bob and his family have moved to 95 Browning Road, Short Hills, N. J. Bob reports that in his new capacity he sees and works with John Zimmerman, who is Executive Vice President of G.M.A.C. Congratulations to Bob on his promotion and move!

The company manufactures aluminum foil containers and resulted in the merger of the Cochran Foil Co. with Continental Can Co., with which Dick previously worked as product sales manager in the metal division. Art reports that his son John, a Dartmouth graduate, is .in Far Eastern waters as a gunnery officer on a U.S. Navy ship (what kind, Art does not say). This is a short column only because I have no more news. The promise of one letter from each guy per year has not been fulfilled as yet, but we live in hopes. My old stand-bys for news such as Howie Sargeant and Bo Wentworth are still coming through, thank heavens, and I am looking for a few new "old stand-bys."
