The large lecture room in Wilder Hall, known to thousands of Dartmouth men as simply 104 Wilder, is seen at right in one of the recent Physics Department programs for selected Vermont and New Hampshire high school students. Alumni fund Scholars David K. Gordin '61 (left) and Stephen P. Lasch '62 view the plaque that states that the renovation of this essential teaching area was done with resources provided by the Alumni Fund.

Almost all Dartmouth sophomores and freshmen spend some study hours these days in the Language Laboratory on the second floor of Dartmouth Hall. This modern facility has been a great help in a more effective program of instruction in languages. As the plaque between Alumni Fund Scholars Joseph J. Triolo '64 (left) and William R. Wellstead '63 indicates, the lab was made possible by Alumni Fund gifts.
