Two items in recent Boston newspapers were interesting, at the grandchildren level, to the venerable group of '94. One of these was the announcement of the engagement of Miss Harriet Burroughs of Manchester, N. H., to Mr. Willard G. McGraw Jr., of Gaithersburg, Md. Miss Burroughs is the granddaughter of "Sherm" Burroughs and daughter of "Bob" Burroughs '21, of Manchester also. She is a graduate of Smith College, and Mr. McGraw is a Harvard graduate and is in his third year at the Harvard Law School. A summer wedding is planned.

The other item concerns Miss Barbara Babcock, granddaughter of Matt Jones, and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sumner Babcock (Catharine Jones) of Wellesley Hills, Mass. Miss Babcock has been a top contender in the figure-skating contests in the Boston area.
