Once again this Fall the Dartmouth College Athletic Council will offer football fans a gridiron "double play"... the 50-page Dartmouth Football Brochure plus the 10-issue Big Green Football News.
The football brochure, ordinarily reserved for press, radio and TV men, is the only available publication with scores, captains and coaches of all Dartmouth football games since 1881. It cites Dartmouth All-Americans and football highlights.
It includes pictures and biographies of the coaching staff and squad for 1962. Also, all-time individual and team records at Dartmouth. Final Ivy League and season statistics for 1961. Team depth chart and position analysis.
This will be mailed to subscribers on Sept. 1.
On Monday, Sept. 24, the first issue of the Big Green News comes out. This has comments from Coach Bob Blackman on the upcoming opponent and overall season, highlights of pre-season practice, the revised depth chart, results of the pre-season scrimmage at Univ. of Maine.
During the season the Big Green Newsis mailed each Monday and includes pictures, locker room interviews, complete storyand statistics on the past game and a scouting report plus Blackman comments on thenext foe.
