CHEMISTRY FELLOWSHIP

A Goodyear Research Fellowship in Chemistry has been established, and Thomas DWeaver '62 has been named as the first recipient. The fellowship will be awarded annually to a second-year graduate student who shows promise of future contributions to chemical research.

Mr. Weaver is studying with Assistant Professor Thomas A. Spencer Jr. His major field is organic chemistry, and his present research is concerned with the chemistry of natural products.
