Alumni Awards

THE football dinner provided the occasion also for the conferring of the Alumni Council's coveted Dartmouth Alumni Awards on two distinguished graduates of the College, H. Clifford Bean 'l6 of Hampton, N. H., and William G. Morton '28 of Syracuse, N. Y. Each received a small silver replica of the historic Wentworth Bowl and a citation, read by M. Carter Strickland '29, president of the Alumni Council. The citations and other news of the Council's winter meeting in Hanover will be printed in next month's issue of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE.
