VALEDICTORIAN

On behalf on this year's graduating class, Alan K. Palmer *63 of Westminster, Md., will deliver the Valedictory to the College at Commencement exercises on Sunday morning, June 16. A Phi Beta Kappa student majoring in philosophy and government, Palmer has received a Reynolds Scholarship to study philosophy, politics, and economics next year at Magdalen College, Oxford. While achieving a four-year average of 4.85 out of a possible 5.0, he also has sung in the Glee Club and served as dormitory chairman and member of the UGC academic committee. He is a member of Beta Theta Pi and Casque & Gauntlet.
