The celebration of Dartmouth Night kicked off the Dartmouth College Club of New York's entertainment season. A telephone hook-up with Hanover for the speeches on the steps of Dartmouth Hall brought Hanover to New York City. Our exuberant MC, Eugene Schwartz '33, carried the celebration on into the night.

The Club provided T.V. coverage for the World Series and the Dartmouth-Harvard Game.

Mark your calendar now for these future dates: The annual Christmas Party on Thursday, December 17, 1964; Class of 1952 dinner on January 12, 1965; Class of 1928 dinner on January 28, 1965, and regular monthly class luncheons for Classes '35 and '18. In addition these future events - slides of the canoe trip down the Danube; Highlights of the 1964 Football Season; Valentine's Day Party; St. Patrick's Day Party; David Porter's Artist in Residence Talk; Wine Tasting Party; and many Class Dinners - make what will be one of the Club's most active seasons.

Remember, the Club is opened every weekday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. All alumni visiting New York City are invited to use the luncheon, bar, or other facilities. Our intention is to provide a place for all Dartmouth alumni to gather while in New York City.

For those of you who come to the City with any regularity, you'll find the dues - graduated by length of time out of Dartmouth and the distance you live from the Club - well worth the facilities and entertainment provided.

Dartmouth Club of Hanover officers: Seymour Wheelock '40, secretary; TruxtunBrittan '29, executive committee; DeWitt Mallary 21, president; Bob Buckley 32,vice president; and Mike McGean '49, assistant secretary.
