A bronze sculpture by Winslow Eaves in memory of Dartmouth College's late Provost, Donald H. Morrison, has been placed in the Faculty Lounge of the Hopkins Center.

From 1942. to 1945, before coming to Dartmouth, he was an administrative analyst and budget examiner for the U. S. Bureau of the Budget in Washington.

Professor Morrison was co-author of several books, including The United Statesat War, American Democracy in Theoryand Practice, and Memo to A CollegeTrustee, written with the late Beardsley Ruml '15.
