A Dorm for Women

The house on College Street known locally as "the old President's House" and "the Tucker House" for its longtime service as the presidential residence has a new identity as the women medical students' dormitory. The newly renovated home for the ten young ladies now enrolled in the Medical School and other women graduate students has served in the past as the Graduate Club, a fraternity house, Medical North Laboratory for the Physiology Department, and most recently as headquarters for the Hitchcock Hospital Development Fund.
