The addition to two new teachers in the Department of Religion has made possible the offering of two new courses: "Hinduism" and "Modern Roman Catholic Thought." The latter will be taught by Prof. A. P. Leonard, a priest of the Dominican Order who is also Professor of Theology and Philosophy of Religion at College de la Sarte, Belgium. He is the author of numerous books. His most recent, Religious Freedom and Catholicism, will be published soon in this country. Dr. Hans Penner, whose special research interest has been in Hinduism, will teach the new course on that subject.
