New Dormitory Authorized.

The Trustees have authorized the College to go ahead on planning for a new dormitory to relieve the overcrowding experienced in recent years and have named a building committee to consider possible sites and to determine what, if any, special facilities are needed. The overcrowding stems mainly from the decline in the number of undergraduates dropping out of college and the growing number of graduate students who have taken over many of the off-campus rooms.
