Sunday afternoon, March 21 was a triumphant occasion in the proud history of our club. The Dartmouth Glee Club gave us a fine performance followed by a reception at the Short Hills Racquets Club attended by patrons, sponsors, and the undergraduates. We had a most successful concert in every way, and as our first scholarship fund event we were pleased to net over $2,500. Thus the hope of sending a deserving boy from our club area to Hanover next September is nearer a reality. A vote of thanks to the many who made this the success it was including Tom Kelsey '54, Chairman, Bruce Friedlich '41, publicity, Bert Englert'42 and Pete Bixby '51, tickets, Joe Scandore '47, Rooms, and Bill White '54 and Roy Abbott '52, Reception.
Our annual picnic is set for Bill Blanchard's ('30) on Saturday, May 29. All Dartmouth alumni and their families are cordially invited to attend this final club function of the year. It is a delightful day for the entire family and should not be missed.
