Seven students will receive intensive Russian language training and spend five weeks in the Soviet Union this summer on the Dartmouth Foreign Study Plan.
The students are: Sam Cockrel '67, Clarendon Hills, Ill.; Jan DeAmicis '67, Ramey AFB, Puerto Rico; Peter Hayes '67, South Bend, Ind.; Peter Nelson '67, Binghamton, N. Y.; Christopher Nevison '67, Mendham, N. J.; Andrew Rosenthal '66, Portland, Ore., and William Todd '66, Summit, N. J.
Basil Milovsoroff, Associate Professor of Russian Language and Literature, announced that four of the students will go to Indiana University and three to Ohio State University, where they will receive intensive advanced training in Russian language and culture, and then all will spend five weeks in five cities in the Soviet Union.
