The fall reunions continue to increase both in attendance and enjoyment. This past Princeton weekend found '45s assembled in Hanover from far and near. The executive committee meeting on Friday afternoon was the only serious note, and frivolity was the order of the rest of the weekend. On hand were Molly and Barney Oldfield, Jean and Art Pounds, Joan and Moose Rowan, Allon and Shorty Pierce, Jean and Frank Hutchins, Laura and Paul Caravatt, Ruth and John Leggatt, Kay and Tom Candler, Shirley and Joe Michael, Floss and Johnny Brooks, Anita and Gene Wilkin, Pat and Ted Smith, Mary and Stan Newton, Barbara and Ted White, Barbara and Rog Brown, Jane and Tom Yates, Jean and Steve Hull, Ginny and Bob Haffen- reffer, Mary and Nick Sandoe, Al Ungar and son, Jim Felton '70 (son of Phyllis and Rex), Hattie and Gene Calvelli, Rosalie and Don Cutter, Moe Frye, Ginny and Harry Hampton, Elizabeth and Dave Hewitt, Nancy and Charley Holt. Betty and Cliff Jordan, Scott Parrott, Ed Crane, Ed Bundy, Fletch Clark, Fred Berthold, Marge and Bob Paulson, Betsy and Lou Wiederhold, Rickie and Don Cole. This year we were so numerous that the Class took over an entire motel in Barnard, Vt., a bit distant from the campus thanks to the Princeton crowd. The Tom Dent Cabin was again our Saturday night gathering place for food, drink, and fellowship. These are excellent weekends - plan to make the '67 one over the Holy Cross weekend of October 6-7.
Larry Newdick was recently married to Sally Larsh Wreszin in New York City. Larry is with the Defense Supply Agency in Boston where he and Sally will live. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
Bud Thomas, not content to be one-sided with his practice of surgery in San Diego, has managed to keep busy as usual with all sorts of extracurricular activities. It seems that Bud is taking flying lessons, raises dogs, and has a 1400-acre ranch some 50 miles east of San Diego. He and Jacquie have four children, age four to seventeen.

Our international set is apparently well satisfied with their homes away from home. Bob Jabara reports "spending about six months in Funchal, Madeira. The Jabaras have a hand embroidery factory - welcome all Dartmouth alumni on Mediterranean cruises - and we are now building a luxury hotel on the island." Bill McKenzie, representing '45 and Goodyear Tire and Rubber in the Republic of South Africa, sounds converted - "This is a great country, wonderful, healthy outdoor life and friendly people. We have 25 acres, swimming pool, two horses, chickens, guinea fowl, two boxer dogs and lots of small wildlife and birds. What more can you ask for? Don't believe all you read in the newspapers about S.A.; we get a bad press."
Here and there.... Lisle Carter, assistant secretary for individual and family services, Department of Health, Education and Welfare, recently spoke in Concord, N.H., at a testimonial dinner Bill Gauntlett is an instructor of French at El Cenbro College, Texas Don Evans reports a beautiful wife, four children and a Chevrolet dealership in Drexel Hills, Pa. - "who could want any more?" ...
