The Wisconsin Alumni Association has ambitious plans this "school year" for all of its Big Green enthusiasts. Under the unusually able and energetic leadership of our new President, Geoff Maclay '45 (with some begrudging help from fellow officers: Tomdemons '56, vice president, Al Brown '59, treasurer, and Jim Nelsen '55, secretary), a tightly scheduled program of speakers, movies, dinners, and traditional blasts has been conceived for each month from October through July. Milwaukee will host most of these gatherings, but outstate meetings will be included.

We started off on October 18 with a rousing welcome for our new hockey coach, AbOakes '56, and then followed with luncheon on November 10 at the Milwaukee Athletic Club with some good words from Harold L.Bond '42, Professor of English and Dean of the Faculty of the Alumni College. On December 28 the annual undergraduate lunch- eon will be held at the University Club. It is expected that Gardiner Bridge '42 will provide us with enrollment pointers and a number of undergraduates will fill us in on life in Hanover.

All visiting alumni are welcome at these meetings as well as for our regular weekly luncheon meetings at the Milwaukee Athletic Club.
