On December 5 the .Dartmouth Club of London held its autumn meeting with a luncheon at the Westbury Hotel. Robert Breyfogle '26, President, presided at the meeting. Plans were made to set up a team of Alumni to interview the prospective students in the Spring.

John Patten '53 introduced the speaker, Bill Beutel '53, who is the London Bureau Chief for the American Broadcasting Company. Bill Beutel spoke about recent assignments in Yugoslavia and the Middle East. He also made observations about the difference between American and British television news reporting. A special guest was Professor Epperson, Assistant Professor of English, who is doing research this winter in London.

Eighteen alumni attended the meeting. The "next meeting is planned for the late winter.
