Among the commemorative stamps to be issued by the United States Post Office in 1969 will be one honoring Daniel Webster and the Dartmouth College Case in the 150 th anniversary year of the Supreme Court's decision in the case. No specific date of issuance has yet been set for the stamp, which will come out in Dartmouth's bicentennial year and will point to the impact of the Dartmouth College Case decision on U. S. constitutional law. Approval of four 1969 commemorative stamps was announced January 17 by Postmaster General W. Marvin Watson in one of the concluding acts of his administration as Postmaster General under President Lyndon B. Johnson.
