Medical School

At the time of this writing Dr. Savage is avoiding the North Country mud season in Florida. He left us with the following tidbits:

Dr. and Mrs. Mark Horwich M'65 have a new entry, Elizabeth Ann, weighing in at 7 lbs., 1 oz. Mark is in medicine at Duke and will start a Neurology residency at Cornell in July. .. . John Schuler M'65 is engaged to Gretchen Gessler with a spring wedding planned Edward Bayard M'65 was married to Susan Shapiro on January 4. Meryl Ram M'65 was an usher.. . . BillDudley M'66 stopped by on a skiing vacation from Philadelphia General to report that Al Czaja M'66 is married to Dr. Gypsy Carpenter, currently an intern in Seattle. They will be in residency together next year at Philadelphia General. . . . Richard ShawM'66 will be married in June to Jane Steidley... . June weddings are planned by two M'67ers: Matt Liang on June 15 and Brad Gerrish to Miss Sandra Campbell on June 14 in Seattle.

Belated birth announcements come from Dick Bail M'67, whose daughter Lisa Ann was born on February 16, 1968; and DickReece M'67, whose son Dick Jr. was born August 28, 1968.

We were saddened by the news of the death of Paul Schuler M'67 on February 21. Paul was a senior at Cornell Medical School.
