Freshman Fathers Weekend

Some 350 fathers of Dartmouth freshmen were in town 20-22 for the 19th annual weekend that has become a fixture of the undergraduate year. Fathers shared in the regular classroom, dormitory, dining-hall and extracurricular life of their '73 sons. Emil Mosbacher Jr. '43 spoke for the fathers at a Friday night banquet. President Dickey, President-elect Kemeny, Dean Dickerson, and several other College officers also spoke at weekend gatherings. Nils P. Johnson Jr. '73, Freshman Council president, was general chairman.
