Gordon and Grace Weinz flew from their home in Newton Centre, Mass., to New Smyrna Beach, Fla., on March 3 and enjoyed a month's vacation there.
Stanley and Ella Leighton report their health is good but they did not leave Wellesley this winter. Plum has his new contact lenses and is driving his car again. Ella says she is busy keeping every one under control.
Leon B. and Virginia Farley have overcome some of the handicaps that have been bothering them and Mike is able to walk out a little and also drive the car.
Reginald and Molly Colley were among a group of representatives from various companies interested in Wood Preservatives which met last month in Charleston, S. C., to inspect and examine treated poles and stakes in that vicinity. The days were spent in field work and the evenings in entertainment. In February they entertained their 22-year-old grandson, who had grown up in California, at their home in Maplewood, N. J., while he had a two-week leave from the Navy.
In February, Wilbur I. Bull had to return to the Mary Hitchcock Hospital when he suffered lung congestion from a weakened heart condition. Last reports were that he was making satisfactory progress towards recovery.
Harold S. Clark and Bertram! C. French attended the monthly meeting of the Dartmouth Club of Cape Cod at which Dr. John A. Rassias, Professor of Romance Languages and Director of the Foreign Study Program, was the speaker. He was on his way back to Hanover after addressing five or six alumni groups in Florida. Harold's brother Sydney 'l2 also was present and reminded the speaker that he knew his two grandsons who were interested in the program as it applied to Mexico.
Mrs. Muriel C. Sporborg, widow of Art, has returned to Miami and is living at Apt. 10-0, 6770 Indian Creek Drive, Miami Beach, Fla. 33141.
