Russell Arthur Pettengill died at his home, 1 Old Mill Road, New Hope, Pa., on March 19, 1971. He designed the size of the paper money in use now by the Federal Government. Stanley Gates died at his home 19 Summit Court, St. Paul, Mo., on April 3, 1971. Word has been received that Mrs. Clitheroe S. Trickey, widow of Dr. Charles L. Trickey, died at the home of her daughter in Evanston, Ill., on Dec. 16, 1970.
