A dinner meeting was held in May at Delmonico's Restaurant in New Orleans. John Ormond '45 introduced Alex Fanelli '42, special assistant to President Kemeny, who discussed the many new developments at Dartmouth during the past year. Coeducation, the year-round curriculum, and the budgetary impact of these two changes were the main items of interest.

Others in attendance at the meeting were: Min and Bob Elsasser '21, Seymour Ochsner '37, Nancy and George Troxell '44, Bonnie and Bill Conway '52, Lorilee and John McDowell MA '55, Dorothy and Frank Stephens '61, and Frannie and Henry Sarpy '62.

The increase in the number of Louisiana applicants to Dartmouth this past year was noted by Henry Sarpy, the district enrollment director. Frank Stephens announced plans for an informal dinner to be held in early summer.
