I have trouble matching the face with the same crew-cut defenseman who had had the "heavy" slap shot when we were freshmen, but there's Bill Hubbard - replete with Fu Man Chu mustache and a bountiful mane. He has that distinguished look which I suppose fits an assistant librarian at the Reed Library of Fredonia (N.Y.) State College. Bill joined the staff earlier this year after working as a library consultant and "literature searcher" for Xetox. He has a master's in library science from Geneseo State University College.

Speaking of books, have you written one if you have and you want it published, you mai want to contact Joseph E. Casey Jr. Joe recently joined William Morrow Co. in New York as an assistant editor and is interested in hearing fro classmates or non-classmates, for that matte who have "high quality manuscripts" in hard He specifies three general areas: serious fiction- psychological integration; and law. politics arc public affairs. Paul Cieurzo has been appointed an officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, with the accompanying title of manager. Since January of 1972 he had been chief of the bank's securities division in the government bond and safekeeping department. Paul joined the bank in 1963 and then served over three years in the Navy, returning to New York in 1967. Paul, wife Heidi. Christopher Eric, and Cori Elizabeth live in Somerset, N.J.

This may be an "off' year for major political elections, but in the corporate world the balloting goes on. And so it passed last spring that Hugh Klebahn was elected treasurer of the Western Pacific Railroad Company, based in San Francisco. He also continues as treasurer for Western Pacific Industries, holding company for the railroad. Choo-choo.

Vic Mansfield has joined the faculty of Colgate University as an instructor in physics. Vic has a doctorate from Cornell.

And to complete this month's sparse fare, we announce that Wayne Sloper was married August 25 on Long Island to Elizabeth Keith Thorne. She is an assistant account executive with the New York advertising firm of Doyle Dane Bernbach Inc. She is a Russell Sage College graduate and attended the Sorbonne Wayne is an account executive with Smith. Barney and Co., underwriters and stockbrokers in New York.
