The hero of Agnew Avenue in Westchester. Calif., is none other than 64's own Walt Lillard, whose clan now includes wife Patty, son David. and daughter Katie. Walt writes that Pete Benzian is working as an attorney in L.A., and has made inquiries about 64's Tenth Reunion. Our Tenth will be held in June, 1975, and promises to be a classic, all-time bash. I'll relay more information as it is passed to me; rumors that '64s are beginning to hoard sufficient gasoline to make the Hanover Mecca next year are false and malicious, but merit serious reflection ...

Jim Latham and his wife Polly are the proud parents of a son, James Benjamin Latham, who is slated for the Class of 1994. Jim returned to Lowell, Mass. last summer where he practices law.

Bruce Kuniholm is working on a Ph.D. in history at Duke, and is concurrently building a family. Bruce reports the birth of his second child Erin.

Garth Gregory writes that he is enjoying his second year in Berlin running the radiology department in a small Army hospital there. AndSteve Chochrane is still at the University Marburg in Germany, where he is studying for Ph.D. in Russian History. In his spare time. Steve works for a German travel agency as a travel guide for trips to the Soviet Union, and teaches a course in Western Civ for the University of Maryland. Steve writes that Bill Thomlinson, who worked at a nuclear research institute in Julich, Germany for a time, has returned with wife Kate and daughter Wendy to the United States. Bill now works at the Brookhaven Institute on Long Island as a staff physicist.

Speaking of Germany, Lance Keeler has completed all the course work for the Ph.D. in German at Indiana University, and has reached the conclusion that the job market for teacher of German is bad news. Lance is currently artending the Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management in .Glendale. Ariz., and hopes to land a training position in the international division of a New York or Boston bank after he graduates in May.

Brewster Cole and his wife Marika and son and daughter now reside in Montclair. N.J. He is working as an account executive in the casualty department of the New York branch of Johnson & Higgins, having been (happily) transferred from Philadelphia. Still hopelessly trapped in Philadelphia, however, is Bud McGrath, who rates a hearty cheer for earning his Ph.D. in English from the University of Tex-as last summer. Bud is now an assistant fessor in the English Department at Penn, and thoroughly enjoys teaching there, (so much so that he is actually growing fond of Philadelphia!) Bud reports that Ray Neubauer, who is still living in Austin, Texas, published a book this year, entitled. The Visionary Universe: A Prophecy.

Jim Cornehlsen has just been appointed publisher of the University of Libros McGraw Hill in Mexico and is commuting to Spain where he is opening a small office. Jim plans to travel from Mexico City for our Tenth Reunion in June. 1975, and Just might win the coveted "Comes Farthest" trophy, a gilded bronze replica of Edith.

Hop Potter is alive and well, and piloting 727's for Eastern: Hop is based in New York. And Chuck Marsh reports that 14 months after he and his wife adopted a girl, a 'homemade' one appeared. Chuck works in shopping center real estate, and writes that Stu Brown has retumed from Bangkok and works with the Public Health Service in Seattle.

This month's '64 career spotlight casts its unpolarized glare upon the compleat bod of Harvey Tettlebaum, gentleman farmer and crusader for consumer rights. Having apparently bridged the gap between immanence and transcendence. Harv raises golden retrievers, basset hounds, and prize cattle on his farm in California, Mo., and masquerades by day as the head of the consumer protection division of the Missouri Attorney General's office. Rumors that he is secretly breeding a strain of Thayer Hall dogs in an effort to discover the secret of "mystery meat" are false.

Thai's about it for the news bag; please write. Later.
