Attendance at our monthly luncheon meetings has continued to exceed our anticipations and has supported our new policy of featuring a speaker at each event.

One of the highlights of our winter season was the luncheon on January 13 at which time Coach Jake Crouthamel '60 was present to offer a film with the 1976 football highlights. With over 50 in attendance we hosted 17 local secondary school football players in the fond hope that some of them might consider a college north of the Florida-Georgia border!

On February 24 the annual dinner was held and Dean Ralph N. Manuel '58 was our guest of honor. His interesting talk resulted in a provocative question-and-answer session that threatened to extend well into the night. The consensus was the session was worth while and brought all of us up to date on Hanover today.

We continue our monthly luncheon meetings on the first Thursday of each month at Heilman's in Fort Lauderdale and welcome any visiting alumni and - we had better say - alumnae!
