This month's news is a bit on the short side. Please remember to keep writing and, of course, to send a check to the Alumni Fund.

Jim King, a professional representative of Pfizer Laboratories Division, Pfizer Inc., recently completed a 21-week training program in medical information in New York City. Jim is a resident of Eau Claire, Wise.

Recently, Bob Jeffe called to say hello and inform me that he and his wife Liz are enjoying life in New York City. Bob is presently a vice president at the investment banking firm of Morgan Stanley.

Ed Wisneski, assistant publicity director for the New York Jets, recently visited Chicago on his way back from the NFL meetings in San Diego. Ed told a few gridiron tales, attended a luncheon for Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Reggie Williams '76, and shared some brews with Chip Carstensen, Fred Crossman, JimGottschalk, and myself.

Brian Williams is working hard at Leo Burnett U.S.A. along with Bob Kirkpatrick. Brian and I recently enjoyed a few beers at a White Sox-Yankees game at Comiskey Park.

Word comes from Bethel, Alaska, that NormCohen is enjoying his dual life as a sportscaster and lawyer in the frozen north country. Another lawyer, Bill Gerek, is working hard in Chicago, and finding married life with his new wife Mary to be much to his liking.

Dan Cooperman sends his best to the Class from San Mateo, Calif., where he recently moved with his new bride Linda.

See you in the fall — be sure to note my new address.

Don Nielsen '74, until this year a newcomer to biathlon competition, was rankedfirst after the first three races of the 1978-79 season. Nielsen was a rankingcross-country skier for the United States at the 1976 Innsbruck Winter Olympics.
