Greetings. For those of you who live in the Xortheast, when you finally read this, spring will have finally really sprung. The April blizzard struck while 1 and my new wife Joan were on Block Island for a short honeymoon, and we were stranded, which wasn't too bad.
Anyway, on with the news. Andy Harrison reports that he is practicing law in the Big Apple and is involved in negligence litigation. A recent adversary was Cynthia Orrent, who is married to another of our classmates, Al Fox.
From the grapevine comes word that Steve Sulzer is a sales specialist for a Washington, D.C., paper distributor. Steve works with various magnetic media supplies and toner products.
Jon Faver is a camera operator and recently worked on filming So Fine for Warner Brothers and I, the Jury, a Mickey Spillane detective movie. Also, Jon was director/camera operator on a T.V. special for A.B.C.
George Andrews appears to have completed two-thirds of his life's work with the siring of daughter Lena and the publishing of his book The Afro-Argentines of Buenos Aires. He says that he hopes to plant a tree shortly to finish things out. He also says that he and his family recently left New York for Pittsburgh, where he is an assistant professor of history at the University of Pittsburgh.
Joe Moss was recently named assistant secretary of Southern Natural Gas Company, a subsidiary of Sonat. Joe went to work at Southern Natural as an attorney in 1975 and was named senior attorney in 1980.
From Bill White in New York comes some news of John Sharer. John married Kathleen Donaldson on February 14, 1981, and on December 10 of that year they became the parents of Stephanie Erin, class of 2003- Also, John was recently named a partner in the Washington taw firm of Sutherland, Asbill and Brennan.
That's about all the news for this month. The big excitement coming up is our for-real tenth reunion in May. No doubt there will be a reasonable gathering on hand, and if the past fore tells the future, there should be some good times.
