A mini-reunion of sorts took place in Minneapolis this August when yours truly and family visited Warren and Marilyn Regelmann. Ever since Lora and I were introduced at the Regelmanns' wedding in New York in 1969, the two families have remained close. They moved to Minneapolis for residencies following graduation from Down state Medical Center in 1972. Warren proceeded through pediatric training and an immunology fellowship. He now specializes in pediatric immunology and infectious diseases at the University of Minnesota where his research interests are rheumatic heart disease and cystic fibrosis. As part of his research, Warren visits Cairo yearly to study rheumatic fever which is endemic and a severe public health problem in Egypt. The research data will be presented to the International Streptococcal Research Society in Japan in September.

Marilyn is assistant professor of ob-gyn at the university and directs the gynecology service at the student health service. The Regelmanns have two sons, Adam (seven) and David (five).

The ob-gyn department at the University of Minnesota includes our own Bruce Campbell. He completed residency there and was in private practice until this summer. In July, Bruce returned to the university for a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology. While in residency, Bruce met his wife Kathy who was working as ob-clinic secretary.

Rob Lynn and family were leaving Min- neapolis for a western New York vacation with Nancy's family as we were heading back to visit my parents who live south of Buffalo. Serendipity had us on the same flight so we caught up on the news, including the fact that Rob won his case in the U.S. Supreme Court to which I alluded last year. A Wah-Hoo-Wah for our next Daniel Webster.

Recent news from the wire services: ChuckCramb was named assistant controller of the Gillette Company. He had previously been controller of the international division of Gillette. Chuck completed his M.B.A. degree at the University of Chicago in 1970 and joined Gillette that year as a management trainee, working up through a succession of posts. Chuck and his wife Frances have two sons, Nicholas and Patrick, and live in Wellesley Hills, Mass.

By the time this reaches the press, our Hanover mini-reunion will be a fond memory. Please let us know of any other events you would like to see as mini-reunions.
