The class hasn't been overwhelmingly communicative (at least in my direction) in recent weeks. I encourage everyone to keep in touch through this column. I'll continue mailing news solicitations from time to time, but the contributions still have to come from YOU. End of lecture.

In this part of southeastern Pennsylvania, I've been in touch recently with fellow lawyers Bill Brooks and Jim Peck. I'm doing some local-counsel work for Bill on a case pending in the Berks County Court of Common Pleas, and if the matter ever gets to court, I may actually see Bill in Reading.

Jim reports that he is (and has for some time been) the president of the Dartmouth Club of Philadelphia. The club recently sponsored a panel program held on the trading floor of the venerable Philadelphia Stock Exchange, the oldest and most diverse stock exchange in the country. The subject was "Strategic Changes in the Business/Government Relationship - A Discussion of Deregulation in Key Industries."

Keith Hazelwood has been appointed to the board of overseers of Lindenwood College in St. Charles, Mo. As I write this column, he's attending his first meeting- pretty timely, as these things go. Keith is a partner in the law firm of Hazelwood, Barklage, and Barklage, P.C., in St. Charles and has a list, of community involvements and activities as long as your arm. He and Nancy Ann have two boys, Royce (Rocky to you), five, and Robert, two.

My May news solicitation drew a single response, from Tom Kosasa, who's an ass istant professor at the University of Hawaii School of Medicine in Honolulu. Tom and attorneys Ernest Moore and John Haraguchi carry the Dartmouth '67 banner in Hawaii.

That's it for now. Keep in touch.
