It is now the middle of January, and we do have our two feet of snow on the ground, and the skiing is the best it has been in two or three years. Remember when?
News this month comes from Gay Dellinger, widow of John Dellinger. She lives in Austin, Tex., and reports that her Thanksgiving was a wonderful day with a large family gathering at her son's house. Two children, seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren were present and had come from Atlanta, Denver, and New Orleans. Three additional grandchildren and two "greats" were unable to come. Mrs. Dellinger informs us that she is getting along very well, but her vision is not as good as it could be.
I hope that you will find time to drop me a "penny" postcard (now 14 cents), and let us all know how things are going with you. Until next time.
