Dick Parkhurst, with our 70th reunion coming up, has been working to get the Nichols silver coffee set on display in the lobby of the Hopkins Center. This elaborate set was presented to President Nichols in May 1916 by Chick Pudrith on behalf of the undergraduate body.

Dan Dinsmoor plans to come to reunion. Asked about his holiday gathering, he said it was fine except that everyone got the flu. Dan has three resourceful grandchildren, however: Mara, in residence at the Burlington, Vt., hospitalDan II, Ph.D., at a children's clinic near Baltimore; and Rob, editor of a medical supplies journal.

Another 1916 stalwart, Dr. GeorgePaine, plans to be back at reunion. His wife, Frances, broke her hip before Christmas, and the family had Christmas dinner at the hospital. George is hopeful that she will be able to travel by June.
