The glacier has become a tidal wave as the planning for our 25th Reunion (June 13-16,1991) moves into high gear. Reunion Chairman David Johnston announced that the theme, which was suggested by Reunion Giving Chairman Rich Daley, would be "Route 66: Road of Dreams —25 years of Change, Challenge and Renewal."

The committee trying to control the direction of the flood includes Al Keiller, treasurer; Al Anderson, yearbook; Dick Birnie, educational programs; Paul Doscher, Hanover arrangements; Larry Geiger, publicity; Budge Gere, memorial service; Albie Macdonald, entertainment; and Dick Sheaff, graphics —all supported by the ongoing efforts of Class President Steve Lanfer, Alumni Fund Chairman Rick McMillan, and Mini-Reunion Chairman Jack Stebe.

Speaking of the latter, Jack is planning a repeat of last year's enjoyable mini-reunion this fall on October 12-14—details to follow in a separate mailing.

While detailed plans for the 25th are still in the works, mark your calendars now for this watershed event, which will include something for everyone. There will be a variety of serious and not-so-serious activities for us mid-life-crisis types, and for spouses and children who will enjoy the reunion as much as we will. Entertainment will be first-class, albeit nostalgic; seminars will be edifying but not stultifying; food will be nearly Thayer quality, or better; accom-modations (near Tuck School) will be only vaguely reminiscent of 1962-66 digs; the weather will be perfect; and we will all be old enough and wise enough to be honest with one another.

If you have never been to a reunion, this is the one to attend. If you have been a regular returnee to Hanover, don't miss a beat. Al Anderson's questionnaire for the yearbook will be out soon, followed shortly by reunion details.
